I tried to exchange my ring, i kind of regret it. The whole process took way longer than I expected, and support kept giving me vague answers that didn’t really help. I had to keep following up just to get any updates, which got really frustrating after a while.

I ordered this thinking it would show up by the date they listed, and I regret relying on that. The delivery kept getting pushed back, but there weren’t many clear updates explaining what was going on. I reached out to customer service, but the replies felt generic and didn’t really help or change anything. It ended up missing the day I needed it for, which was really frustrating.

I had a good experience overall. The replies came through quickly enough, and I didn’t feel like I was left waiting around too long. I’d casually recommend them if you’re looking for decent communication.

"Helpful but a little rushed"
The sales associate was nice and answered my questions, I just felt a little rushed toward the end. Overall they were helpful, but I wish they had gone over the options more clearly before I placed my order.

"Tracking could’ve been clearer"
I ordered from Grown Brilliance, and the biggest issue was the tracking. It didn’t update for a few days, so I was left wondering if my order had actually shipped or was just sitting somewhere. I kept checking my email and the website, which got a little stressful. To be fair, customer service did respond when I reached out, and the package did arrive in the end. I just think it’s a basic courtesy to keep people updated when they’ve spent their money and are waiting on something important. Not a terrible experience, but the tracking really should be clearer and update faster

The jewelry itself was fine, but the packaging was disappointing. The box looked really plain and felt kind of flimsy, so opening it didn’t feel special at all. For what I paid, I expected a nicer presentation. It just didn’t feel like good value and gave a underwhelming first impression.

"I don't know why, but I just felt ignored"
I went into the store hoping to browse a few rings and maybe get some help figuring out what I liked, but I don’t know why, it just felt like no one really wanted to deal with me. The staff seemed busy, which I get, but even when I asked basic questions, the responses felt rushed and kind of annoyed.
I ended up leaving more confused than when I walked in, and disappointed. Maybe the online experience is better, but the in-store visit just wasn’t great for me.

I had to return my ring, and the whole process was simple. The refund took a few days to come through, but customer support got back to me quickly whenever I had a question. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

They did answer my questions in the end, but it took longer than I thought it would. I had to follow up twice which was kinda frustrating. Not a terrible experience, just slower than expected and a bit annoyng.

"I got a lab grown ring from…"
I got a lab grown ring from Grown Brilliance, i’m happy with it overall. The stone looks really nice in person — actually, that was the first thing I noticed when I opened the box. I had been comparing prices at a few local stores before this, and the difference was kind of hard to ignore. This was a much better deal. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the shipping. It took a bit longer than I expected, and I kept checking the tracking more than I probably needed to. But once it arrived, I felt like it was worth the wait. For the money, I think it’s a solid purchase, and I’d probably order from them again
"Not worth the hassle"
I was disappointed with this ring. It felt cheap right out of the box, and the stone looked dull instead of sparkly. After putting in the effort to order it and wait for it to arrive, it was frustrating to feel like I now have to deal with returning it too

The ring looked really nice, so points for that. Unfortunately, it was a little loose, which meant I got the bonus experience of having it resized. Because apparently just wearing the thing right away would’ve been too easy.

"Not Enough Variety for Me"
I was really hoping there would be more styles to choose from, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the rings started to look the same after a while, and I couldn’t find the setting I had in mind. I kept thinking, why does this have to be so complicated when I’m just trying to find a ring I like? It might work for other people, but for me there just wasn’t enough variety to make me want to keep looking.

"Pretty, but I expected a little more sparkle"
I don’t want to be too harsh because the diamond is definitely and has a decent shine in regular lighting. That said, for the price, I was expecting a bit more brilliance. When I opened it, it looked nice, but it didn’t really give me that “wow” moment I was hoping for. Not a bad purchase, just make sure your expectations are realistic.

I was actually pleasantly surprised by how clear the pricing was while I was browsing. I didn’t have to click around a bunch or guess what things would cost, which made the whole experience feel a lot easier. Some items still seemed a little pricey to me, but I appreciated knowing exactly what I was looking at before getting to checkout.

"Really nice ring, kinda slow service"
I customized a ring through Grown Brilliance and the whole process was easy. Picking the stone and setting felt simple, and the preview was helpful, though I kinda wish there had been a little more info on some of the options. Customer service did get back to me and answered my questions, but it took about a day or so. The ring turned out really nice and looked just like I expected. Overall, I’m happy with it, just wouldn’t call the process super fast.
