I received my ring and it was exactly what I was expecting. However, I decided to take it, along with my solitaire, to a nearby jewelry store for a cleaning. To my surprise, they pointed out a loose stone in the setting, less than a month after I received it. Unfortunately, Grown Brilliance refuses to fix it, claiming that I had it "serviced" at another jewelry store. Seriously, is cleaning really considered servicing in their eyes?

The earrings I purchased were absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, the posts were not perfectly aligned with the diamond. I decided to return the earrings and was informed that they would be reset and fixed within three weeks. However, it ended up taking five weeks and I encountered numerous delays and excuses along the way. I had to contact them persistently for three consecutive days, through emails and phone calls, until I finally received my earrings back. It was quite a hassle to go through all that trouble just to obtain a pair of earrings, especially considering the amount of money I had invested in them.

I placed an order on March 24, 2023, with an expected shipping date of April 11. However, the item did not ship as scheduled. I contacted their customer service through their online chat, and they apologized for the delay, promising to check and email me with an update. The new shipping date was set for May 2, which is today, but unfortunately, the item still hasn't shipped, and I haven't received any communication from them. When I checked the order status on their website, it now shows a ship date of May 9. I suspect they are intentionally prolonging the process to make it difficult for me to reverse the charges once they admit they won't be shipping it.

UPDATE: The item was finally shipped on May 8 and arrived on May 10. They did fulfill their promise of shipping it overnight via FedEx, but after a month-long delay, the overnight shipping was pointless. The prices were very good, the quality was good, but the service was terrible. I am changing my review to 3 stars.

I absolutely adored everything about my experience until the unfortunate incident occurred with the delayed shipment of the ring. It was supposed to be shipped on the designated day or at least the following day, but to my dismay, it hasn't even been sent to the shipper (FedEx) yet. The customer service I received was incredibly disappointing. Considering the significant value of the item, there is simply no justification for the complete absence of communication. Despite my attempts to contact them, it has been futile in resolving the issue. Consequently, I have requested to cancel my order. I can't express enough how great this company is. I purchased a chevron style, rose gold diamond ring and the estimated shipping date was about 2 weeks away, which was a bit disappointing considering our desire for instant gratification in today's world. However, the ring arrived much earlier than expected, and it was beautifully packaged. The ring itself was stunning! As someone who loves jewelry, I have tried many different websites, but Grown Brilliance stands out with their exceptional quality, shipping, customer service, and overall shopping experience. I highly recommend them! In fact, I'm currently ordering earrings and a tennis bracelet as I write this.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company if you anticipate needing a refund. Their lack of responsiveness is evident as they fail to answer phone calls, chat messages, or emails. I have persistently attempted to reach out for weeks, only resorting to contacting my credit card company as a last resort.

While I cannot confirm with certainty, it appears that their business strategy relies on the assumption that customers will remain satisfied and refrain from requesting refunds.

This experience has been incredibly exasperating! I highly recommend attempting to establish contact with them prior to placing an order.

I must admit, I had some initial concerns about ordering from this website. However, when my exquisite ring arrived, I fell head over heels in love with it! I am absolutely thrilled that I chose to purchase from this website!
